I am the girl behind this beautiful business! How did "Annie Nelson Photography" come to be? I have always had a passion for photography beginning at a very young age and after my second daughter was born, I bought my first DSLR camera. I knew I had to capture every detail of my girls' life, time goes so fast and the small things are so important and fleeting. Documenting the real, raw moments of their childhood reignited my passion for photography and I fell in love all over again. I practiced constantly, mostly on my 2 (now 4) girls. I invested in education, taking courses and applying new skills to my sessions.
My love for documenting real life, joy, snuggles, tears, and the moments gone too fast was born with my own children, and now I aim to capture that for every family that graces my lens. These aren't "just photos" this is your life, it is art- movement in the gorgeous light while you sway with a babe in your arms; It's laughter blowing in the wind, tear stained cheeks with a skinned up knee, kissing booboos and singing lullabies- it's your life.
